Art R. here. Just wanted to tell you how good it feels not to be smoking. It's almost as if I never smoked at all. It's like I was dreaming. I look at cigarette butts on the ground and say to myself, 'did I really smoke?'.
I know others who smoke and have been around them and I don't even think about having a cigarette. They always ask if it bothers me that they are smoking, now that I have quit, and I say not at all. I haven't become this over zealous flag waver either. They are all surprised about that. I believe that shows just how personal this really is.
